How many guests can I accommodate?

Any number!

 

Are the marquees waterproof?

The marquees are waterproof, and can be heated.

 

Will I need level flooring?

Not always, some people prefer not to have flooring, we could do a site visit and recommend if you would need one.

Will I need carpets?

No some people prefer to have grass.

Will I need heaters?

Not always - this is a decision that can be taken very close to the event as we keep them in stock and ready to go!

What do we need to provide, for us to have lighting?

You do not need to provide anything - a generator can be brought with the marquee.

If my event is on the Saturday when would you set up?

The week before- if it is a wedding or a party then generally the Tuesday or Wednesday, although we will be there for a few days.

 

Do you hire other equipment that we might need for a party?

Yes we hire everything but the catering equipment and crockery - but we have contacts!

 

Can the marquees be set up on hard surfaces?

They can be put on hard services, although they will haveto be held down some how. Generally with the use of water containers.

 

What happens if something is damaged or missing?

When we quote for a job we always include a damage waiver.

 

When should reservations be made?

As early as possible! But it is always worth getting in touch.

How and when do I pay?

We ask for a 20% deposit when we take your booking. You will be invoiced the rest.
